1. 1 Integrate FlexiTimeOff into your website

    Getting users to your FlexiTimeOff forums is as simple as installing one of our widgets on your website. All you need to do is copy and paste a few lines of code into your website.

  2. 2 Your employees submit request

    Your employees, login and submit Time Off Request into the system. Immediately a confirmation email is send back to their email on record and copy email is send to their approving superviser or Time Off Administrator.

  3. 3Detail Requests History

    Your employees can log in and view detail history of their requests at any time. Further your company can post your company policies related to employee time off(paid and unpaid) to FlexiTimeOff for easy access by all employees and retrieval.

  4. 4Approval Workflow

    Designated Time Off Administrator or approving superviser, logs into the FlexiTimeOff web page and approves or rejects pending requests. FlexiTimeOff also allows for insertion of notes and/or inquiring additional information from each individual employee using the internal messaging/email system.

  5. 5Flexible Reports & Account Management

    Each week your employees will get an email with updates on the items they submitted or have interacted with. This keeps them in the loop. All users can generate and print reports for all their activity, based on their user permission level.
